Nuu is a decent company overall. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. The products are of good quality and reasonably priced. However, the customer service could use some improvement. I had an issue with one of my orders, and it took quite a while to get a response from their support team. Overall, I would rate Nuu as average.
