Good Morning

Good Morning

I have requested them more than 10 times so that they do not contact me again and they continue to do so, so I will file a complaint for the crime of coercion.

In addition to the above, I am going to take the steps that people have to follow to report them to see if they learn at once that they don't have to bother me.

Steps to follow to report a crime of coercion:

1.- Formally request so that they do not contact you again by any means. My experience says that they do not meet the requirements.

2.- Send a burofax. It is a very simple procedure. A writing is drawn up in which they require the company that is calling or sending emails to stop doing so and reflect the warning that if they continue to report it to the competent Court. A burofax is nothing more than a written document that can be sent in emails with acknowledgment of receipt and a text certificate.

3.- If once they send the burofax they contact you again, they go to the Court of their city and say they want to file a complaint for coercion against the CODERE company. (the company data can be found on the internet). In the complaint they reflect that this company is insistently calling and sending emails to them and that is why they have sent them a burofax requiring them not to stop but still continue to do so. Put in the complaint the phone number from which you are called. Filing a complaint is free and you don't need a lawyer or attorney.

4.- If you continue calling them, file a complaint as many times as necessary

5.- Go to the Court when they are called and tell the truth of what happened

I hope this writing has been useful to you
