I have been a customer of Stonington Housing Authority for several years now and I must say that my experience has been average. The process of applying for housing was straightforward and the staff was helpful in answering any questions I had. However, the maintenance of the properties could use some improvement. There have been multiple instances where I have had to submit work orders for various issues in my apartment, such as leaks and faulty appliances. While the issues were eventually resolved, it took longer than expected for them to be addressed. Overall, I would rate the company as average.
