I have been a customer of this company for quite some time now, and I must say that their service is a mixed bag. While their network coverage is great and I rarely experience any issues with my calls, their customer support leaves much to be desired. The support agents are often unhelpful and seem indifferent to my concerns. It's quite disappointing, considering the potential this company has.
