I have had a mixed experience with Cognimed gmbh. The website, cognimed.de, is well-designed and informative. The products they offer are of good quality. However, their customer service needs improvement. It took multiple attempts to get a response from them and when I finally did, they were not very helpful. Overall, my experience was average.
