As a customer of Digital Media & Tech in Dubai, I must say that their services have been average at best. While they do deliver on their promises most of the time, there have been instances where their work fell short. The team is generally responsive and professional, but they lack attention to detail. There have been a few occasions where we had to follow up multiple times to get things done correctly. Overall, I would say they are satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement.
