I recently purchased a phone from an online store. The product was fine, but the overall experience could have been better. The delivery was slow, and the customer service was not very helpful. However, the phone itself was in good condition and works perfectly fine. I would consider buying from benshouji.com again, but I hope they improve their delivery and customer service.
