I am a CUSTOMER and I must say that SocialQnect is an average company. Their website is fine but could use some improvement. The user interface is not very intuitive and it took me a while to figure out how to navigate through the different features. However, I appreciate their customer support team who was very helpful in resolving my issues. Overall, an average experience.
