For 3-Michelin Stars, you'd think the place would at least meet the standard of 1-Michelin Star: "A very good restaurant in its category." Tremendous attention was paid to create the appearance of luxury and indulgence; however, it is not a feat of any skill to make caviar appear so. If the goal is make a memory by spending money, this is the venue; however, if you're trying to experience excellence in cuisine, better look elsewhere.
