I had a mixed experience with Popcap Games. The games are engaging and enjoyable, but the customer service is lacking. I encountered several technical issues with one of their games and reached out to their support team for assistance. Unfortunately, their response time was slow and they did not provide a satisfactory solution. I was disappointed with the overall level of support I received. However, I must admit that their game selection is top-notch, and when everything is working smoothly, they offer a great gaming experience.
