I am sorry to have to say something bad about the excellent institution that is the Galician center, but the part of hospitalization leaves a lot to be desired. The heavy attention he received from one of the employees and his pedantic and arrogant form, overshadows the excellent attention provided by the rest of the staff and the frofecionals who work here.
Finding myself with my broken arm in 3 parts and after several requests for a better place to wait, such as a stretcher and by medical recommendation, I not only suffered indifference, but in addition to waiting 2.30 hours, I could see the abuse towards other patients and / or relatives.
It should be more clear that a good service is not only to fill papers, but also to have quality in the attention to the people who enter the institution.
Due to my breakage, I went through several institutions in 20 days: usuhaia municipal hospital. Military hospital. Dupuytren trauma center and the Galician center. In the only place where I was treated with contempt, it was in the hospital part of the Galician center. Especially 1 person from the attention staff.
