I've used Bondora both as a borrower and as a lender.
When I needed extra cash to renovate my flat, they offered me great conditions (no collateral, competitive rates and the payback schedule I requested) while local banks were weary of lending to a foreigner (even one that had been in the country for five years with fixed income).

Two years later I received a bonus and paying back my loan ahead of schedule was such a smooth process that I've also decided to entrust Bondora with the rest of my bonus for investment purposes.
Their Go & Grow product is super easy for first-time investors and the returns are much better than any bank will get you on the same risk level. They also offer a more advanced portfolio product for more advanced investors and even manual porfolio management if you want to bid directly on loans (higher risks but higher returns).

Probably the most interesting investment platform in Europe. Highly recommend.
