I am a customer of Shandian Xia and I have been using their services for a while now. I must say that overall I am satisfied with their performance. The website is easy to navigate and the information is presented in a clear and concise manner. The rate of their services is average. However, there are a few areas where I believe they can improve. First, the customer support could be more responsive. There have been times when I had to wait for quite a long time to get a response. Second, I feel that there could be more variety in the products they offer. But overall, I would recommend Shandian Xia to others.
