The service provided by LJWest Diamonds was average. I didn't have any major issues, but I wasn't overly impressed either. The website was easy to navigate, and I found a nice selection of diamonds. However, the prices were a bit on the high side compared to other online retailers. Overall, my experience was okay, but I don't think I would recommend LJWest Diamonds to others.
