I had an average experience with KOPA. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was straightforward. However, the product I received was not as expected. It was of low quality and did not meet my expectations. I contacted customer service and they were helpful in resolving the issue, but it was still disappointing overall. I would say that KOPA needs to improve the quality of their products to better meet customer expectations.
