The vaccination team is irresponsible not to mention worse. I went on 10/04/2019 to take my children to vaccinate, so I only got from my 4 year old daughter the vaccines of the stage and the flu, in my 8 year old son who has bronchitis and does not want to give, even with a card of vaccination in hands with previous campaigns that prove that he has bronchitis, they said that he was in the group that would take from the day 04/22/2019.
Ate ai ok ... today 08/05/2019 my husband took the boy with the vaccine portfolio (the girl went along without wallet just to accompany) vaccinated my son and vaccinated my daughter 4 years old again in less than 1 month , and detail without vaccination card !!!!!
OBS: I DO NOT TAKE THE BLAME OF MY HUSBAND OF NOT HAVING BEEN DEMONSTRATED, FOR I HAD ALREADY BEEN ADVISED. BUT AS A POST OF HEALTH WITH SO MUCH BUREAUCRACY FOR EVERYTHING INCLUDING VACCINE, IT APPLIES A VACCINE IN A CHILD OF 4 YEARS WITHOUT EVENING TO CHECK HOW THIS IS THE SITUATION WITHOUT CARTEIRINHA.
I AM INCONSTITUTED WITH SO MUCH IRRESPONSABILITY, WITH THE PROOF OF VACCINES HERE IN HANDS, WHERE HE HAS SEEN, VACCINATING A CHILD WITHOUT VERIFYING THE PORTFOLIO. THIS IS DESUMAN.
