Customer Service Rep Jon Mertz did a superb job of informing me of possible additional maintenance requirements with estimated costs, handled the service requests (to include Auto Butler service) and kept me informed when I could obtain the vehicle after all maintenance was completed. He clearly explained the next service requirement and any possible additional costs in the future.
