I have been a customer of Crmpartners for over a year now, and I must say that their services are not up to the mark. The support team is slow in responding to queries, and there have been numerous instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. The overall performance of the platform is average at best. I expected better from a reputed company like Crmpartners. They have a long way to go in terms of improving their services and enhancing customer satisfaction.
