As a customer of Orange County Concierge Association, I have had an overall average experience. The services provided by the company are satisfactory, but there is room for improvement. The concierge staff is polite and helpful, although sometimes it takes a while to get a response. I would recommend the company to others, but with the expectation that there might be some hiccups along the way.
