I will begin by saying that I had all my prenatal ...

I will begin by saying that I had all my prenatal care at The Women's Group and the doctors are all really good (friendly, informed). I was pleased with the care throughout my pregnancy. The problem is with the office itself.

You can never get through on the phone. They will answer, then put you on hold indefinitely. This has happened to me every time I've tried to call. I have waited as long as 7 minutes without anyone coming back on and finally hung up. They make a point of advertising that you can make appointments online, which is good, because that is the ONLY way you're going to do it.

I had a visit recently for my well woman check up (annual exam). I waited in the waiting room for about 15-20 minutes before I was called. That was fine, but once in the exam room (wearing nothing but a robe) it was another 45 minutes!! No one came in to update me, or assure me that they hadn't forgotten about me. Unacceptable.

Finally, I had to email them because I never heard back about my test results from my exam. I had to go through their website (because, I remind you, you can't get anyone on the phone). I got an email back stating that since my last test was normal, last year, that they only did an exam but not a pap. What?! They didn't even tell me! They're compromising my health care without my knowledge.

They sent me a survey after my last visit and I mentioned all of these issues that I was very unhappy with. Unsurprisingly, I have heard nothing from them. No follow up.

I'm just done. It's too hard. And they don't seem to care.
