Working with Appeal PR was a mixed experience. While they were able to generate some positive media coverage for my business, I felt there were areas that could have been improved. The team lacked thoroughness in their research and understanding of our brand, resulting in some miscommunication. However, they did show dedication and commitment to rectifying any issues. Overall, I appreciate their efforts, but there is room for improvement.
