As a customer of this law firm, I found the services provided by the company to be average. While the website was informative and easy to navigate, I felt that the overall experience could have been more personalized. The legal advice I received was satisfactory, but I did not feel that the attorneys went above and beyond to understand my unique situation. Additionally, the communication between the firm and myself could have been better. There were a few instances where I had to follow up multiple times to receive a response. On a positive note, the lawyers were knowledgeable and professional. Overall, I would say that the company offers decent legal services, but there is room for improvement in terms of personalized attention and communication with clients.
