The grounds are stunning, the products and venue are well worth the drive. I have been visiting since 2002? (It was years ago and they were just starting.) The staff has evolved into a group that is not what I look for when I head out to spend my money. I have skipped my annual visit for the past couple years. As Miha Angelo said: you may forget what a person says or does, but you never forget how they make you feel.
Make people FEEL welcomed and valued. They will prioritize occordingly.
