As a long-time user of a certain association's services, I am satisfied with the overall experience. The website, caanet.org, is user-friendly and provides all the necessary information for landlords. I particularly appreciate the resources and educational materials they offer. The only suggestion I have is to update the design of the website to make it more modern. Other than that, the California Apartment Association has been great to work with.
