Rentals: Horrible experience for my partner and I am embarrassed this was their introduction to the Sheridan area. Partner was in a hurry to move and had to take what was available. You will have to ask multiple times to have basic necessities attended to and stay on top of them to actually have it completed. Very unprofessional, office people don't seem to communicate with one another. Had repair people and a previous tenant show up unannounced, previous cat urine we had to ask to be shampooed which they claimed they did, gave up and went to Petco and bought stuff ourselves to get it out. Left the place cleaner than we received it because I don't trust places like this and sure enough still charged a bogus yard charge and perhaps the cleaning fee is mandatory but I would really like to know what was cleaned since I did it all for them? The list goes on and on. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. When he goes to purchase in a year or so we now know where NOT to do business.
