Bought one car here and it was a good experience. ...

Bought one car here and it was a good experience. TRIED to buy another and it was a lousy experience; they jerked me around and I went to another dealer 100 miles away to get what I wanted.
Service dept likewise so so. Took them 3.5 hours to install a new battery in a VW beetle. 2 hours for a "express" oil change. Not MY idea of 'express'!
Doubt if I'll be going back.
