As a customer, I must say Breadcrumbsio has provided an average service overall. While they did a decent job in delivering what was promised, there is definitely room for improvement. The user interface could be more intuitive and some features are lacking compared to their competitors. Nevertheless, their customer support team has been helpful and responsive in resolving any issues I've encountered.
