I had a mixed experience with Scout sports and entertainment. While I appreciate their attention to detail and their expertise in the industry, I found their customer service to be lacking. The representatives were often unresponsive and did not follow up on our requests in a timely manner. However, I must acknowledge that they did deliver on their promises and provided us with the services we needed. Overall, I would rate their performance as average.
