My experience with Sure Grip Controls was quite average. The website was easy to navigate, and I found the product I was looking for without any difficulty. However, I was not entirely satisfied with the customer service. The response time was slower than I expected, and the quality of their answers could have been better. That being said, the product itself was of good quality and met my expectations. Overall, I would consider using suregripcontrols.com again, but I hope they improve their customer service.
