I recently used this design firm for a home renovation project. The designer I worked with was knowledgeable and had some good design ideas, but I found the communication to be lacking at times. The project took longer than expected, and I had to frequently follow up for updates. The final result was good, but there were some small details that were overlooked. The pricing was fair, but I wished for more transparency on the costs upfront. Overall, the experience was average, and I would consider using them again with clearer expectations set from the beginning.
