After research of painting companies, I met with The Painting Company representitive Genna Bowman, who was thorough in reviewing the exterior of my home and knowledgable in advising me on what needed to be done. My contract with The Painting Company included necessary construction and preparation of wood surfaces on home exterior, painting, installation of new, larger compacity gutters and repair of an area of ceiling inside of my home. Office manager Melissa Miranda, communicated with me regarding the contract, getting documents signed. A quick and easy process.

Color choice. This was made easier by a meeting with interior designer, Ashley Pendry, who suggested a beautiful blue gray for shutters which looks great with the brick of the house and works well with creamy paint color on siding, fascia and trim.

Next came a meeting with Director of Painting Operations, Cody Winn. Cody introduced me to Hugo Garcia and the team who would complete work on the house. Old gutters and porch lights were removed. The work went guickly! Cody Winn came to my home each day to review work being done. Finally, all construction and painting was complete. New gutters were installed. The end results is beautiful! I love the fresh, updated look of my home! .

During the job, there were a few issues with communication. Cody worked with me and with Hugo to solve each problem. Throughout, Cody was a phone call away. If not immediately available, he returned the call as soon as possible. Every member of the team went the extra mile. Attention was paid to details! Hugo installed new porch lights. They look great! There had been a small amount of overspray on the back deck. Hugo put a new coat of stain on the deck floor! It looks great!
