Have a contract with Eltrona, where Luxembourg Online is probably responsible for the data connection and thus VoIP. Unfortunately, nobody wants to be really responsible for the contract. Our phone has not worked since Monday and the support team always gives you the same excuses: "That was forwarded" or "You will be called back today". Unfortunately absolutely not to be recommended.
Addendum October 13, 2020: I reported to Luxembourg Online via Facebook (As suggested in the answer, although it doesn't seem serious.). Still no response after a week. Support just continues to be very bad!
