I had a mixed experience with Stumpff-Barnsdall Funeral Home. While the staff was polite and professional, I felt that some aspects could have been handled better. There were delays in communication and some confusion during the planning process. However, they made up for it by being accommodating and addressing our concerns. Overall, it was an average experience.
