Poorly trained, poorly staffed, not enough gates open for a crowd of 35,000+. Got there over an hour early, and missed the entire first half of the concert just getting through the gates. We were later told that you should arrive 3-3.5 hours before the start of the concert. Thats absurd. And had we been warned ahead of time, would have done so. I'll never return.
It is a gorgeous setting however, or I would have only given one star.
