Really poor service! My check-in took forever whil...

Really poor service! My check-in took forever while the guy serving me took phone calls from people trying to get out of the car park. I couldn't understand why the others at reception didn't help him or me! Lifts weren't working at various times so people either took the stairs or had to wait forever. Trying to order room service each evening was frustrating. The first night I ordered a glass of Merlot with my meal and was asked "is that red wine?", the second night I almost gave up because they would continuously hang up the phone without taking the call! I had to call reception and ask if they would take my order. Also, Air con didn't function for heating. I won't be staying here again! Can't believe it's actually a Novotel.
