Dropped off a pair of boots for repair in early pa...

Dropped off a pair of boots for repair in early part of December for repair. Owner told me he would have an estimate for me in the 2nd week of January which I was fine with. Never heard anything, sent a message 2nd week of February, no response. Sent another message towards end of February and no response. I showed up there for some kind of estimate etc on March 3 but they hadn t been touched and the owner was not there. I had to take my boots and am currently looking for somewhere else to repair them.
