Javier had my laptop for a week and a half, accomplished absolutely nothing useful, and charged me $100. Now I still have a laptop that won't power on and the warranty's voided, so I'll have to spend more money to fix what they couldn't.
You don't seem to be able to see the customer perspective that I gained absolutely nothing by visiting your shop. I'm actually worse off than when I came to you. That's an issue you need to work on.
I understand the issue with the DC jack, but you ordered the wrong part and just used a bead of solder that, once again, accomplished nothing.
