I recently had the opportunity to engage with ICS Maugeri Spa and I must say, my experience was average. The service was satisfactory but nothing extraordinary. The staff was polite and accommodating. However, I felt that my concerns could have been addressed better. Overall, I would rate them 3 out of 5 stars.
