I was subcontracted to haul a load for this compan...

I was subcontracted to haul a load for this company and I spent a total of 6 hours on waiting in all for loading and unloading and their agent was nice the whole time I had it told me I would get extra money for detention but as soon as I got it delivered nobody will answer the phone or anything. Very unprofessional.
