This is a VERY dangerous hotel due to thefts that are a constant phenomenon in this hotel.

The first time I was in a hotel (in addition, it is a 4 **** hotel) in which there is no protection - NO! There is indeed monitoring but as you will learn below - he is not worth even attention.

Well, on the day of arrival on February 1, 2019 at 10:30 in the morning at the reception I was stolen a backpack with professional photographic equipment worth 20,000 Eur. The robber carried my backpack within 5 seconds (this can be seen on monitoring) through the main entrance from the building.

After several dozen seconds I noticed the theft and asked the staff to urgently check the exits, monitoring the hotel's territory, to simply react. The staff delayed their activities and only after a few minutes they started to check the monitoring recordings ...

Separate attention is worth noting that the person who arranged my check-in "did not see" someone behind my back "took" the backpack and went - when I asked her if she saw someone, she said she did not see what it was a lie because there were no people in the lobby so do not notice the man who passed several dozen seconds near the reception desk just IMPOSSIBLE!

I was also initially refused to call the police for a crime scene - the hotel offered me to go to the police station at the airport and report the theft. After a long "discussion" with the staff, the lady at the reception called the police and reported the theft. The police, of course, arrived but it all took place in a turtle dumb.

This theft was not carried out without the help of hotel staff. Only after the time when I calmly assessed the situation, I made the entire chronology of the theft into one sequence - I understood that all the actions of the personnel were directed at the help of the theft. As I said, I found out later that the guests are stealing from the hotel regularly and I am convinced that the hotel staff helps.
