I am a CUSTOMER and I want to share my experience with Walsallccg. Overall, I found their services to be average. There were some aspects that could have been better, but there were also some positives. The website was easy to navigate and find information, which was a plus. However, I encountered some difficulties when trying to make an appointment. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the waiting times were quite long. In terms of quality of care, it was satisfactory. There's room for improvement, but it's not terrible.
