Horrible Experience, the employee on charge of my case quit or got fire and after a month of silence they introduced a new employee. They were supposed to make my appointment on December 2023 and travel to Portugal between February-March 2024. I was the one who make the appointment by myself and surprise! the next appointment available: March 2024.
This is ridiculous and now they do not want to refund my US$1750.00
The only thing they get for me was the Portugal NIF. Something you can get it by yourself on line using bordr.com for US$150.00
they gave me two emails one of a Bank and for a realtor but you must do all the documentation. This company does not do anything for you.
my FBI Records is valid for 90 day now I have to expend more money and time because is expired.
Stay away.
