I can not recall receiving an electronic notificat...

I can not recall receiving an electronic notification of my REMC electric bill.
I am one day over the cut off and tried paying the bill on line with the new smart hub.....
unable to pay, application would not load and the "learn more about it" section had no where to click to advance.
Tried "pay my bill" app would not load. The "getting started" prompt lead no where.

I'll try again in the morning or perhaps call to see why no electronic notification was received.
