We have two properties with First Service Resident...

We have two properties with First Service Residential. The one in a different state has wonderful management and customer service. The property in La Quinta, CA has horrible customer service and the management is less than stellar. When you call Irvine for help, you wait 5 minutes or longer and then get a message that they are updating their systems and can't help you for at least another hour at which time you get hung up on. Perhaps they should do updates in the middle of the night.
