I have been a customer of C Thomas CO INC for several years now and I must say that they provide an average service. While their website is user-friendly and the ordering process is smooth, I have had a few issues with their customer support. On multiple occasions, it took them quite some time to respond to my inquiries which was frustrating. Additionally, their shipping times could be improved as well. However, overall, I would still recommend C Thomas CO INC for their decent range of products and competitive prices.
