I recently had to get a new survey done because someone moved the stakes on a family members property line. Because of the uncertainty of the behaviour of the other party in question I was concerned how a surveyor would be treated and how they would handle it. Chip came out and assessed the situation and was confident that he would be able to do his job without any problems. However if there were problems he was comfortable calling for a Deputy to be there if the situation needed to be diffused.
