I recently used a coach service and had a mixed experience with Coach Direct. The communication and booking process were smooth, and the price was reasonable. However, I was disappointed with the condition of the coach. It looked quite old and worn out, and the seating was not very comfortable. Additionally, the drop-off location was slightly inconvenient. It would be great if they could improve the fleet and offer more convenient drop-off options. Overall, an average experience.
