Andy is amazing!! I should have written this review when I got 3 wine map posters framed last year, but now I have to write a review because of the continued customer service Andy provided. A year ago, he was very helpful in selecting the frame, timeline was reasonable, and price was fantastic. I was expecting to pay a lot more than I did! Fast forward a year and Andy continued his wonderful customer service. The 3 framed pictures were placed on a wall in our basement. It turns out the humidity was not great down there so the prints started to ripple under the glass. I took them to Andy to see if he could fix them. I was ready to pay to have them fixed since it was my fault, but he insisted that I wouldn t be paying anything. He said, This is what we do. Andy s team took the frames apart and tried flatting them. Unfortunately, they are too rippled, but I appreciate Andy s willingness to help me try to fix them. Big lessons learned: 1) watch the humidity level in your basement if you have framed prints and 2) ANDY ROCKS!! I two thumbs up. I highly recommend Andy and his shop. Lots of selection, great prices, fantastic service. He is in fact MN nice!!!
