I have been using Breathe Right nasal strips for a while now and they have been a lifesaver for me. I suffer from chronic sinus congestion and snoring, but these strips have helped to alleviate both issues. They are easy to put on and they stay in place throughout the night. The adhesive is strong but gentle on the skin. I have tried other brands, but none compare to Breathe Right. I highly recommend them.
