Engel is an average company. I have used their services for a while now and while they get the job done, there is nothing exceptional about them. They have a decent website and their customer support is responsive, but their prices are a bit on the higher side compared to their competitors. Overall, I would say they are a decent option if you don't mind paying a little extra.
